 Delivery Times and Costs:

Order shipment is dependent upon product availability and time of order.  We will notify you of an approximate shipping time or of any delays that may be encountered. If your order is required by a specific date, please indicate your desired date of delivery within the message box above or call customer service at 800-747-4665.

Delivery costs and upgrades can be viewed at the time of checkout.  If you have any questions regarding delivery costs or upgrades, please contact us.   Orders entered after 12:00 PM Central Standard may not be processed until the following day, or even later if product is not immediately available.

No Saturday Shipments:

Saturday delivery is not available for web orders. Only call in or fax orders can be processed for Saturday delivery. Please call 800-747-4665 if you need this order to be delivered on a Saturday. This order will then be canceled and a new order will be entered with additional shipping and processing fees. 

No Pick Ups Are Allowed:

Currently, this website does not allow for items to be picked up.  

International Shipments:

International shipments are not available for web orders. If you placed an order for international shipment, your order will be cancelled and a customer service agent will call you to replace your order. Additional fees and shipping costs apply to international shipments.


All returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Please call for an authorization number and instructions on any return. Unauthorized returns will not be received. Custom manufactured and special packaged items cannot be returned. Special-run quantities of an item are returnable, subject to the current inventory requirements. Stock items may be returned, subject to a 25% restocking charge.


When products are damaged by a freight carrier, please file a claim with the carrier when received, or receive as damaged. Please notify us immediately when there is a shipping shortage on your order. Please give as much detailed information as possible, as this will insure the expediting of the replacement product. Inspect all shipments within fifteen days of the date of shipment. Failure to advise Southern Imperial of defects within fifteen days of shipment will constitute the acceptance of the shipment.
