In 1999, Southern Imperial brought all of its powder coating services in-house to insure 100 percent quality and service to all of our customers. We work closely with our powder vendors to offer a wide selection of colors and textures for small or large quantities.

| • | 2'W x 4'T x 6'L window for parts with a 5 state pre-treatment washer. |
| • | Nordson cyclone quick color change booth with 8 automatic guns and 1 manual touch-up gun. |
| • | Can run from 2 ft/min up to 18 ft/min resulting anywhere from 1 hour to 1.5 hours start to finish. |
| • | Burn-off oven for stripping old finishes before repainting. |

We provide high-quality electroplating, anodizing, and chemical finishes for all our wire and metal components and displays.
Chrome and high-quality finishes offer a unique visual presentation while providing durability and longevity to any metal display.

| • | Variety of finishes including: chrome, black chrome, nickel, Pealbrite®, satin nickel, black nickel, copper, brass and even tin. |
| • | Post-plating operations available including hand and automatic polishing and vibratory cleaning. |
