Powder Coating

In 1999, Southern Imperial brought all of its powder coating services in-house to insure 100 percent quality and service to all of our customers. We work closely with our powder vendors to offer a wide selection of colors and textures for small or large quantities.

• 2'W x 4'T x 6'L window for parts with a 5 state pre-treatment washer.
• Nordson cyclone quick color change booth with 8 automatic guns and 1 manual touch-up gun.
• Can run from 2 ft/min up to 18 ft/min resulting anywhere from 1 hour to 1.5 hours start to finish.
• Burn-off oven for stripping old finishes before repainting.
