Southern Imperial Launches New SI Sourcing International Division
Companies Benefit from Supply Chain and Reselling of Small Order OEM products
Southern Imperial, Inc., announced the launch of SI Sourcing International (Southern Imperial Sourcing International),
established to assist companies who have never purchased from Asia or who are only requiring LCL (less than a container load) orders.
With Southern Imperial's global presence in the United States, Canada, Europe, Mexico, Australia, India and the Peoples Republic of China,
SI Sourcing International will specialize in ensuring a smooth transition from in-house production to offshore production, therefore maximizing cost and quality benefits with minimum effort to the manufacturers and marketers.
SI Sourcing International offers terms, quality management and consolidation with Southern Imperial's supply chain to save on shipping costs and the ability to ship LCL orders to a global market.
"Our sourcing operation will focus our Far East employees on the expansion of display components, retail products, furniture, OEM fasteners
and assemblies, and allow them to focus on communicating, sampling, costing, sourcing, manufacturing and quality control," said Stan Valiulis, President and CEO of Southern Imperial, Inc.
With the recent opening of Southern
Imperial China, a new manufacturing
facility and SI Sourcing International,
Southern Imperial, Inc., now has
a direct presence in both the United
States and China, one of the world’s
largest manufacturing bases for metal
and plastic products.
SI Sourcing employs a number of
sourcing agents in China with experience
sourcing a variety of products
from every type of industry and U.S.
quality control representatives that
have the ability to make sure that
customers' products are produced and
delivered using the strictest of standards.
SI Sourcing engineers will
create high-quality drawings and
oversee product development.
