Southern Imperial's Label•Release™ Helps Eliminate Sticky Label Changing Jobs
Southern Imperial is eliminating sticky issues for retailers with their patented Label•Release shelf edge technology.
"Our label release innovation has transformed how retailers manage labeling in their stores," said Tom Valiulis, Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Southern Imperial.
"Retailers have faced the challenge of dealing with paper adhesive labels which leave adhesive residue behind when changing labels."
Previous alternatives have been either to use more expensive vinyl labels or costly plastic rail systems with paper tags.
Label•Release solves those issues by creating an inexpensive channel insert that allows paper adhesive labels to be removed without residue.
Label•Release is produced in 200 foot rolls and vinyl is perfed every 11-7/8 inches to allow easy installation.
One roll provides enough material for 50 4-foot shelves. Label•Release is available with or without an adhesive backing.
"Our goal was to create a versatile product that can work with almost any label and can improve the look of a store fixture," said Valiulis.
Southern Imperial offers three Label•Release products: Vinyl Pressure Sensitive (VPS) for all shelving, Nonadhesive Paper Tag for "C" Channel shelving and Label•Release for scanning Hooks.
Retailers who use VPS Label•Release can peel off the liner to expose the adhesive and apply to the shelf's edge.
The Paper Tag Label•Release has a rigid paper card stock which allows it to be snapped into "C" price channels and placed on the label holders face, and then the label can be placed on the Label•Release area.
Southern Imperial maintains an inventory of Label•Release for immediate shipment and stocks a variety of colors. Custom colors and logo branded rolls are available upon request.
