How do I place an order with Southern Imperial?
If you wish to place your order online, select the item, qty, and press “add to cart”. Once you have added all of the items that you would like to purchase, go to the “check-out” page. Complete the check-out process by entering your information and your order will be processed. If you have any questions please feel free to contact our customer service by clicking here or calling us at 1-800-747-4665.

What companies do you use to ship my order?
Most orders ship via UPS unless otherwise noted. Southern Imperial maintains the right to use any carrier unless specified.

How long will it take to get my order?

Order shipment times vary depending on the product and inventory status. Orders entered after 12:00 PM Central Standard may not be processed until the following day, or even later if product is not immediately available.

If you have questions regarding the status of your order or delivery times, feel free to contact us with questions.

What is your return and cancellation policy?

Any cancellations or changes to this web order may require additional credit card processing fees. Cancellations, subtractions or reductions from this order will result in a processing fee for which 10% or $5.00 (Whichever is higher) will be deducted from your credit card return. To avoid these fees, please call and send written cancellations within 2 hours of placing this order. Call in additions to this order will result in a $10.00 processing fee in addition to charges for added merchandise.

Products being returned are subject to a restocking fee and need to be approved by Southern Imperial. Contact us to discuss return options or to receive a return authorization.

Do you ship internationally?
Saturday delivery is not available for web orders. Only call in or fax orders can be processed for Saturday delivery. Please call 800-747-4665 if you need this order to be delivered on a Saturday. This order will then be canceled and a new order will be entered with additional shipping and processing fees.

Does Southern Imperial charge sales tax?
Southern Imperial will charge all applicable taxes to web orders for those states that authorities have mandated collection - even if you are tax exempt. Any order placed on the web where taxes are applied can not have taxes refunded if the order has shipped (in partial or whole). States where we charge taxes regulate our sales and regularly audit for adherence to this program. Only call in or faxed in purchases are eligible for tax exempt purchases at Southern Imperial. If you placed this order in error and require to have your order be tax exempt, please call before this order ships so that we can change the order type.
